Pacha reawakens Ibiza after the winter with their colossal opening party on the 4th of May. This is the first time it’s opened since it was refurbished, so if you go to one of the opening parties you’ll be among the first to see what’s changed inside (something that's been kept under wraps until the superclub finally opens again).
Now in its fourth season, Unusual Suspects opens at Sankeys on the 10th of May. Hands down the best underground party in Ibiza, Unusual Suspects features some of the biggest names in the game, as well as up-and-coming talent.
Legendary club Amnesia opens its doors on the 12th of May with their world-famous opening party. Featuring sets from Luciano, DJ EZ and loads more - this is the start of a huge season for Amnesia this year.
Friday the 18th of May is a big night on the island, with two huge clubs opening for their 2018 season. Es Paradis opens with sets from Sebastian Gamboa and Brandon Block, among others. Ocean Beach is also hosting its opening party on this night, with artists yet to be announced - if it’s anything like the previous years, it’s bound to be unreal.
The next night, on the 19th May, renowned open-air club Ushuaïa opens its doors for the season. With sets from Andrea Oliva, Apollonia, Dublin and loads more, Ushuaïa is not playing games with their 2018 opening party.
Up next is Eden’s Defected opening party on the 20th of May. Kicking off an immense 21-date season that runs until the 7th of October, the night will feature sets from Amine Edge & Dance, DJ Haus and loads more. On the 24th of May, legendary club HEART Ibiza kicks off its 2018 season with sets from Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons, Guy Laliberté and Satori.
